Can I order a custom size print?

Absolutely! If you'd like a different size to the formats I have available please feel free to message me at hello@lucysherston.com and I can arrange an order of a custom size for you.

Can I commission you for a bespoke artwork?

Shipping

Worldwide shipping available. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Estimated delivery times, including production and shipping are:

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days.
  • United States: 5-7 business days.
  • Europe: 5-7 business days.
  • Australia: 5-7 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 10-15 business days.

Every order includes tracking. This information will be sent to your email once it ships.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Email me at hello@lucysherston.com with some photos and your order number and I will sort this out for you.

Every print is specially made to order for you, therefore I am unable to offer exchanges and returns.  Please be sure to read the description and sizing carefully before ordering.
